We all have access to it. It’s relatively cheap to buy. Yet, I think most of us don’t drink enough of it.
On average, they say women should consume 2 liters of water a day and men should consume 3 liters.

I know I don’t drink enough, but after reading all this material, I am going to make a conscious effort to drink the recommended amount each day.
