Why squat?
Because no one has written a song about a small ass.
Ever heard that saying?
I like to challenge myself – when it comes to my workouts. I kept seeing these 30 day squat challenges so I thought I would give a shot – or in this case a squat.
I know – that was horrible.
NOTE: This is just for reference – I’m not giving fitness advice. For that you should go to a professional – especially for guidance on form. And, always listen to your body and do things at your own pace.
Squat is about as close to a miracle as anything I know.

There were so many workouts but I ended up picking this one from Fitwirr.com called: 30 Day Squat Challenge – Take Your Butt from Flat to Full.
Here is what you’ll need:
wall
bench, box, stair or chair
kettle bell or medicine ball
dumbbells
They rotate 4 different exercises:
1. Wall Sit
2. Squat
3. Lateral Squats
4. Bulgarian Squat
If you click here you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to do each move. I am always forgetting about my form – so whenever I first start a fitness program – I keep the breakdown for each move on-hand.
Here is Fitwirr’s 30 Day Squat Challenge:
I’ll let you know how it turns out!
